• Props.

Construction with props of section rectángular galvanized by dip, according to normative pipe UNE EN 103505-5 and regulation for galvanized UNE EN ISO 1461, in the following dimensions:

• 80 x 60 mm. Galvanized by dip in warm.

• 100 x 80 mm. Galvanized by dip in warm.

• Gutter.

Realized in sheet of galvanized steel Sendzimer Z-475 of great development (500 mm.) with a thickness of 2,00 mm., with folds that allow to gather the waters of the condensation, this way as printing male-female to avoid stagnation of the waters.


We will use two types of gutters depending on his placement, head offices, for the zones in those who join the ships, and the wings, for the lateral ships; they differentiate one of other one for the form that the folds present; the wings, he presents a special form, to prevent it from producing the break of the plastic to him in his placement.

• Arches.

The arches for multitunnel gothic realized in pipe of section Ø 60 mm. In galvanized steel Sendzimer Z-275. Curled according to model depending on the width of the greenhouse.

• Capitels.

The capitels of the greenhouse, realized according to model FERTRI in galvanized steel, are those who allow us the sujección of the arch the lateral, like that props since use us as sustenance for the canalones.
Depending on his placement, we have two types of capitals; the wings and head offices.

- Lateral capitels: Depending on the type of prop that we use, we will have two types of capitals; one for prop 80 x 60 mm. And other one for 100 x 80 mm.

- Central or Intermediate capitels: as with the lateral capitals, depending on the type of prop that we use, we will have two different capitals, one for the prop of 80 x 60 mm. And other one for the props 100 x 80 mm.

• Bars of Culturing.

The bars of culturing, beside being a structural element of the greenhouse, facilitate the sujección to us for the ascending cuculturing.
Depending on the width of our greenhouse, the bars of culturing, they present different formations.
        - 8 m.
        - 10 m.

Elements that form the structure of the bar of culturing:

- Bar of culturing, pipe Ø 40 x 1,5 mm. With the ends shaped for his sujeccion to the capitals, realized in galvanized steel.
- Pendulums, realized in pipe Ø 32 x 1,5 mm.
- Cross in M, realized in pipe Ø 32 x 1,5 mm.
- Crossings or arms, realized in pipe Ø 32 x 1,5 mm.

• Reinforcements.

He arranges of a variety of Reinforcements, which will depend for his placement, of the meteorological characteristics of the geographical zone in the one that is placed the greenhouse.
