Characteristics Structures.

  • Structures:
              Props:

                      The props perimetrals will present a height of 3 m. While the interiors will be 5,00 m.; you are heights will be able to be modified to request  of the client.

                         - 60 x 60 mm. Props of square section galvanized by dip, according to normative pipe UNE EN 103505-5 and regulation for galvanized UNE  ISO 1461. The use of this one props is in the habit of extending in the modulation of 10 x 6 m.

                         - 80 x 60 mm. Props of section rectangular galvanized by dip, according to normative pipe UNE EN 103505-5 and regulation for galvanized UNE ISO 1461. The use of these props is realized for the modulación that we have seen marked in the previous picture (9 x 6 m. And 10 x 5 m.).
 
               Corners:


  The corners are formed by 3 units of prop of 100 x 100 mm. In steel galvanized, joined in his top part by a hood, and between if for arms of corner. The props corners, as his own name indicates they will place in the corners of the greenhouse, realizing a task of reinforcement of the total structure.

  • Coverage:
   The coverage of this type of greenhouse, monofilament realizes by means of meshes antiaphids or antitrips; in order that aeration takes place in the greenhouse and I shade adapted to the culturing that we manage. Normally and depending on the type of culturing, the colors of the mesh are crystal or black.
To sustain these meshes, a studding is realized based on wires of steel plaited, as we observe in this image.

  • Vine arbour:

















The vine arbour or entutorado, it allows us the ascending culturing, and takes the efforts of the load of culturing to the structure. The vine arbour this one formed by a system of wires and cords of steel got involved and subjected to the props.
